Welcome to our Co-op Membership Sign-Up Page!

Thank you for considering joining our cooperative community. Our co-op is a worker and member-owned and operated organization, which means that by becoming a member, you're also becoming an owner of the co-op.

As a member, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits, including Free upgrades on all your sessions, access to member-only events, priority scheduling and a say in the direction of our co-op through voting on important issues. You also receive 5% back on all services purchesed within the calender year of your membership in the form of a gift card.

To become a member, simply fill out the form below with your personal information and payment details. The membership fee is $40/month, and you'll be charged upon sign-up and monthly thereafter. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your membership details and a welcome package.
